AXA Wealth Loyalty Offer
Partner with Elevate and Architas and share the benefits – the AXA Wealth Loyalty Offer provides annual cashback to your clients who invest in our Architas investment management solutions through Elevate.
If your clients invest new monies in eligible Architas funds on Elevate’s Explicit pricing structure between now and at least the end of 2012, they can receive a cashback. This is designed to be equivalent to their Elevate Portfolio Charge (EPC) and will be paid into their Elevate Cash Account on an annual basis for as long as they remain invested.
The offer is available:
- For all new assets on Elevate’s Explicit charging structure, invested into eligible Architas funds (qualifying investments). This includes:
- Assets currently held in Architas that are re-registered to the Elevate platform
- Any fund switches from non-Architas funds within Elevate
- For all product wrappers
- For your clients to enter until at least the end of 2012
- On all qualifying investments for as long as your clients remain invested

The Facts
The loyalty offer is available until at least the end of 2012.
Qualification is split into these quarterly offer periods:

Your client must remain invested for a full year after the close of the offer period that they invest in, to receive their cashback payment on their qualifying investments. The cashback payment is made the month following the end of this complete year and then each year subsequently, for as long as they remain invested. |
An example
Based on £100K invested between 1 January and 31 March 2012 and invested until 31 March 2017.
Here your client would receive their first cashback in April 2013, and subsequent cashback payments each April until 2017.
Assuming the value of the investments does not change, you would receive £2,750 cashback by April 2017, which they can spend as they choose!

They need to remain invested until at least the close of business 31 March 2013 to receive their first cashback. This will be paid April 2013 and then each subsequent April for as long as your client remains invested. |

Further information, please note
- The offer applies to all Architas’ UK funds, except the Architas Liquidity Fund.
- The cashback payment is designed to be equivalent to your clients’ EPC on their qualifying investments, however it will vary due to the way it is calculated.
- Following potential changes in regulation from 2013, we may replace the cashback with an automatic waiver of the EPC.
