    We integrate with some of the most popular back office systems, so you can use Online services without having to spend time keying in data from one system to another.

    Back office integration makes it quicker and easier for you to do business with us. And it frees up more of your time to spend on the things that really count - like speaking to your clients and growing your business.
  • Setting up your back office system

    1. You must be registered to use Online services.
    2. If you haven’t already, sign and return our terms of business form. That will let you see your client’s policy details online.
    3. Accept our online terms and conditions by clicking the button below for back office use.
    4. Once registered, type your AXA Wealth username and password into your back office system.

    After following these steps, you should be ready to start viewing your client’s valuations through your chosen back office provider, saving you time and effort.

    To download up-to-date valuation information you will need to enter your AXA Wealth login details into your back office system. Your system administrator can do this by completing steps 1 to 3 below

    Step 1

    From within Adviser Office Database Administration, click on Display/User Monitor and double click on the user you would like to grant permissions to. This will open the dialogue box below.

    Select the Update Links tab. Locate AXA Wealth in the list and double click on it. This will open the Account Details dialogue box below.

    Step 3

    Tick the Enabled checkbox and enter the user's AXA Wealth registration details; their username (their email address) and password. Then click OK.


    How do I change my username and password in Adviser Office?

    To change your password in Adviser Office, open Client Management. Select Update Links from the Maintenance menu. In the list locate and highlight AXA Wealth. In the Change Password section, enter your new password.

    In order to access the Contract Enquiry (Ce) application, Client Care Desktop must first be loaded. Once the Client Care Desktop is loaded, a ‘Ce’ shortcut icon will appear in the bottom right hand corner of the task bar tray (see Step 1).

    Open the Contract Enquiry Utility screen by double clicking on the ‘Ce’ icon.

    In the 'Settings' menu select the 'Provider Settings' option.

    Select AXA Wealth from the provider list and enter the User Name and Password you registered with on the AXA Wealth’s website in the credentials section and click OK.

    Please be aware that when you amend your AXA Wealth password you must also change the provider settings within Client Care Desktop.

    In order to activate Contract Enquiry, you will need to record your AXA Wealth Username and Password within Intelligent Office in the My Setup area.
    Step 1

    Choose My Setup > Portals > Registration


    Step 2

    Select the Contract Enquiry Tab and add an entry for each provider required. For example, choose ‘AXA Wealth’ and then enter your Username and Password as registered on the AXA Wealth website.

    This set up only needs to be carried out once per user.

    Intelligent Office will pass these details across automatically to AXA Wealth as part of the message it sends. Naturally if you change your password with AXA Wealth then you must also change it in Intelligent Office.

    To download up-to-date valuation information you will need to enter your AXA Wealth login details into the Plum ProviderLink software. This can be achieved by completing steps 1 to 3 below.
    Step 1

    From the main Fact Find screen select the Provider Link option from the Tools menu at the top of the screen.

    From the main Provider Link page, select Options from the Tools menu at the top of the screen.

    Search for the Provider name of “AXA Wealth”, and extend the tab as shown and enter the required details. Please note that when you change your password on the AXA Wealth website, you will also be required to amend your password in the ProviderLink software.
