 The Promoter of this free prize draw is AXA Wealth Services Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with Company No.02238458 and whose registered office is 5 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1AD (“the Promoter”).

1. To enter this free prize draw, you must submit your feedback by email to online@axawealth.co.uk . Your email must include your full name, contact number and email address. No purchase is necessary.

2. By entering this free prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material.

3. This free prize draw is only open to those who take part in the feedback survey, excluding employees of any companies within the AXA Group or their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, or their families, agents, appointed representatives or anyone connected or involved in the administration of this prize draw.

4. The commencement time and date for entry into this free prize draw is 8.00am on 12th December 2011 and the closing time and date for entries is 4.00pm on 31st January 2012. The prize winners will be drawn at random at 10.00am on 7th February 2012. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be eligible for entry into the free prize draw. Proof of sending an email containing feedback prior to the closing time does not necessarily constitute proof of receipt of such email by the Promoter prior to the closing time.

5. Entry is limited to one entry per person.

6. All entrants must be an individual over 18 years of age and a resident of the UK. Proof of age may be required.

7. There will be two prizes comprising of one Apple iPad2 per prize winner drawn. Each Apple iPad2 is white, 32GB with WIFI and has www.axawealth.co.uk engraved on the back. Each prize will be sent, at the Promoter’s expense, by special delivery to the postal address provided by each prize winner within 30 days of the prize winner providing their postal address.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize (or any part of it) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons outside its reasonable control. There will be no cash alternative and the prizes are not transferable.

9. There will be two prize winners. The winners will be the first and second entries randomly drawn on 7th February 2012 at 10.00am. The winners will be notified by telephone or email within 7 days of the draw and will be required to provide their postal address before their prize can be released. The Promoter will make repeated attempts to contact the winners, however in the event that an original winner cannot be contacted within 28 days of the draw or does not respond to the notification email or fails to provide their postal address, the Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw the prize entitlement of that original winner and award the prize to a third name drawn (or subsequent names drawn if required). The draw will be supervised by an independent observer. Details of the names and the counties of the winners can be obtained by writing to our Adviser Support Unit, AXA Wealth, Winterthur Way, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 6SZ and including a stamped address envelope.

10. The Promoter’s decision shall be final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.

11. By entering this free prize draw, you agree that the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with this free prize draw (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, income or goodwill), the use of any prize or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter or its affiliates, save for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including fraud or for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s or its affiliates’ negligence).

12. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive, remain in full force and effect.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this prize draw at any time without notice.

14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

The Promoter will use the personal information that you provide to enter you into the free prize draw and to notify you if you are a winner. The personal information will not be used for any other purpose.
